Polypropylene material properties

Production Process

Our polypropylene is manufactured using advanced polymerization technologies and stringent quality control measures at every stage of production.

1
Propylene production process

Propylene Production

High-purity propylene monomer is produced through steam cracking of hydrocarbons or propane dehydrogenation processes.

2
Polymerization process

Polymerization

Propylene monomers undergo catalytic polymerization using Ziegler-Natta or metallocene catalysts to form polypropylene chains.

3
Polypropylene compounding

Compounding

Additives, stabilizers, and modifiers are incorporated to create specialized grades with specific performance characteristics.

4
Polypropylene pelletizing

Pelletizing

Molten polypropylene is extruded, cooled, and cut into uniform pellets for easy handling, storage, and transportation.
